... Nothing like a good chow down at the home town thrift after weeks of roadtripping, eh? At least that's what I say. Being my store of choice/necessity, this is hardly a review of the Goodwill of Victoria, Texas as much as it is a little showing off of some gems found after a long workday...
Good flannels - of the non-behemoth variety - are a rare commodity in hot, obesity-laden South Texas, but lo and behold, the treasures found tonight were many a fluffy, plaid emblazoned button-down, including one Woolrich standard whose photograph was rather too blurry to post here.
I find that the womenswear in this town is particularly picked over, so I tend to hunt in the men's section, where there are plenty of pearl snaps and ostentatious cowboy garb to be found. True to form, we bagged several flannels and this oh-so-dapper grey vest!
Look for these finds - and others - coming soon to our etsy store: THRUNKIE.etsy.com
